1. The following information is critical for determining the correct kit for the spots on your carpet:

a. Color of your carpet (blue, brown, etc).

b. Tone of your carpet (light, medium, or dark color).

c. Color of spot (white, yellow, etc.).??????????????

d. How many spots (each kit will treat between 50 and 100 spots, depending on the size of the spots).

e. If possible, send a piece of your carpet (1" square is fine) or a high-quality picture to determine the exact color needed.
